Cars with bar covers should not be catching fire after bumping other cars.

I promise this is a short one.

I noticed that at timestamp 22:30m the "Police Crown Vic" catches fire after ramming the other vehicle in an attempt to stop it.
I think that the armor on the location of the bar cover should be a little stronger and that the car should not catch fire after a collision with a movable object but only from hitting an immovable object like a building.
I think fixing this can make police pursuits allot more enjoyable for cops as well as the person being pursuit since it adds an extra layer of awareness to the driver.
