File Downloader too slow? +more

As suggested in the title, the downloader is slow because it downloads one file at a time. Is there any way we can up this to a few files at a time? Also, can we get the option to make a loading screen with cef while its loading too?

I supposed the downloader do one file at the time because when a user allready been in the server and you make a change, he wont have to download all files again but only the files that changed...
