I don't know if you feel the same, but a player might have an hard time finding a server with original content on it when it is empty.
Maybe it would be a great idea to create a "Ready to play" or "Highligthed" server section to filter the 90% of servers that are freeroam, in dev, or just-installed onsetrp ?
