How to Hash passwords

My Question is how I can hash a password, i'm quite new here and in my previous projects bcrypt was already implemented.
Anyone who knows a way to solve this?

Do you need passwords, if you can already use SteamId's?

Yes, I want to script a Account System which is independent from the Steam IDs
