Hey ! I'm a french player with a azerty keyboard !
We have a problem with azerty keyboard, even with the rebind of the key "W" to "Z", we have to use "W" for moving forward with land vehicle.
After this "bug", i have found another problem : we can't use the key 1, 2, 3 for switching guns.
EXPLANATION (for the second bug) :
For azerty keyboard the key on TOP of the keyboard is NOT 1, 2, 3 but &, é, "
FIX (for the first bug) :
You need the INPUT.INI file (%appdata%\local\onset\config\WindowsNoEditor/input.ini)
the keybind only change the settings "MoveForward", or for the land vehicle this need to change the "Throttle" settings TOO.
And i don't know the fix for the switching guns problem (i think this is not hard to solve)
