CTD when attempting to connect to any server

I experience CTD when I try to connect to any server, including localhost. If I connect to a server where I don't have the server files, it seems to download all of them but then crashes. If I already have the server files, it just crashes in a second or two. I've tried to lower my graphics settings to the lowest they can go, using -dev in commandline, updating to latest GPU driver and running the game as admin but it doesn't change. The crash logs show as:

    Code:
    Fatal error!
Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x00000000

My pc config is as follows:

    Code:
    AMD FX 8350
    GTX 1050 Ti 4gb
    16gb ram
It seems other players are experiencing similar issues, it seems that it lies with the GPU as another person experiences the same crash with the same GPU as mine. It could also be related to cpu as well but I'm not sure.

I managed to connect to some servers without crashing and boiled the problem down to changing the "Voice Capture" option to anything other than its default. I'm able to change other options like graphics just fine but when I apply a change that changes it to Push to Talk or Off, it instantly crashes.

If anyone else is experiencing this, try the following:

      1. Go to "C:/users/<your name>/AppData/local", find the "Onset" folder and delete it. (This will reset all settings, favorited servers, etc. so keep that in mind)
      2. Start the game up.
      3. Connect to any server.

I encourage some of you to change this option and see if it makes your game crash so confirm this.
