On startup freeze

Hi talos,
well it's simple, multiple guys got the same issue. When the game starts, we are unable to click anywhere, the game literally freeze.

Hey, yes me and my dev Team have the same problem.
We have :

Restart computer
Delete cache
Reinstall the game
Verified all file with steam.

If we launch the game, he was freeze and crash, without crash report.
