[Hide Empty] checkbox when loading servers does not work.

Pressing the Hide Empty checkbox will work if you click it once a server list is fully populated.

However, while the server list is populating, the Hide Empty checkbox will not be accounted for.

It would be nice if before a server is added to the list, the criteria is checked for if things like "Hide Empty" are checked.
