Ghosting Issue

There appears to be some form of ghosting when moving your character side to side against other textures. This is most noticeable moving the camera left to right while facing a road. I've only seen this occur on some streams and for some of my friends so I thought best to post here to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

I think I had this too but it ended up being because AA was on high, setting it higher or lower fixed it.

The shadow settings are broken on medium settings, and ambient occlusion also effects the ghosting issue. This is known bug at the moment.
